Processing Time:

Wifi-Parts.com will attempt to process your order on the same day placed, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Some Items are Vendor stocked and may be subject to their warehouse shipping deadlines. International orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.

ORDERS RECEIVED BY 12:00 PM Pacific time will generally be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM Pacific time may make the ship same-day deadline otherwise orders will ship the next business day.

Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Payment Policy:

All sales over $ 1,000.00 will be released for shipping after good funds have been recieved. Good funds are defined as Cash, Bank Wire transfer, Western Union. All credit card sales will only be shipped to the verified address of the card. If an alternate shipping address is requested the Bank Card Issuer must list that address as an alternate ship-to address. For international sales contact us for payment arrangements.

Payments by PayPAL:

PayPAL payments will only be accepted when shipping to a confirmed address. If your address is not confirmed please select a different payment method. All payments accepted must be elidgible for seller protection otherwise payment will be rejected. We reserve the right to not ship based on customers experience/history provided with your paypal account.

Duties, Taxes and Customs:

The order total does not include import duties or taxes which may be assessed by some destination countries. Any such additional fee is the responsibility of the customer. All International shipments must go through a customs clearance procedure, which can affect transit time for shipments outside the USA.

Return Policy

Wifi-Parts.com assumes that when you place an order you are ordering the correct product. Should you have any trouble determining which product you need please contact our sales department for assistance prior to placing your order. Contact us at sales@wifi-parts.com. After 15 days all sales are final. Manufactures Warranties will still apply.

Manufacturers Warranties are generally US region warranties and may require shipment back to US warranty depot for repair. International return shipping charges may or may not be included by the vendor. If desired, As a service, Wifi-Parts may act as your return agent in these matters and will charge a $ 7.50 handling fee + shipping charges for this service. these charges are for each direction. Shipping and handleing charges must be paid in advance of return shipment. Acceptance of these items for this service does not constitute a return of items for return credit. Do not ship product to Wifi-Parts for warranty assistance without first recieving an RMA number.

All returned merchandise must be in like-new condition and must be returned with all documentation. Merchandise must be in resalable condition.

An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning any equipment to WiFi-Parts.com. An RMA number must be obtained by emailing RMA@wifi-parts.com.

All RMA shipments to Wifi-Parts.com must be sent freight prepaid. All shipments received without a RMA number clearly displayed on the exterior of the box will be refused at the receiving dock. Items received in non-resalable condition will be returned to shipper freight collect.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all RMA returns.

All cut cable, electonic component, special ordered items, and custom made product sales are final. There will be no refunds of any kind for these type sales.

Because some items may be stocked at offsite warehouses we are not always able to accomidate specific carrier shipping requests(ie: UPS/FEDEX/USPS). We reserve the right to select an alternate shipping method with a comparable delivery time without providing notification at our discreation. From time to time users may select a shipping method that is not available to their destination (ie: UPS ground to Hawaii). The Yahoo Store may display a shipping cost that is inaccurate. In this case you will be advised, by phone or by e-mail that the shipping method you have chosen is not available to you and you will presented with the alternate choices for shipping along with the costs of these methods. Your order cannot ship until you contact us and authorize these costs. You may cancel the order at this time with no penalties if we do not have an acceptable shipping choice.

All Shipping charges are non-refundable.
